Kenneth (Chip) Hunt grew up on the Chesapeake Bay near Annapolis, MD and has visited relatives in St. Petersburg, FL since he was a child. He grew to love Pinellas County so much that he decided to move from Maryland to Palm Harbor in 2010 and has been in real estate since 2016. He has a passion for helping his clients find the home of their dreams and loves to assist those who may be relocating to the area. He listens closely to the needs of each client and aims to deliver the best home buying and selling experience possible. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pinellas Realtor Organization and stays active in the community with friends and family.
