We used Billi to assist us with purchasing a home in Palm Harbor. I picked Billi after seeing her reviews on Zillow. Based on our experience, she earns every bit of her 5 stars. Billi was attentive and supportive throughout the whole process. This was a tricky move for us because we were moving  to Florida from Maryland. We had never been to the area before and felt a little lost. Billi answered many of my questions before we flew down to pick out our home. That helped me feel prepared. We flew to Florida and had only a week to find a home. Fortunately, we found our dream house on the third day so that gave us time to get the home inspected before flying home. Billi took it from there and was our "boots on the ground" through out the whole process. Billi was also very patient with our young kids. That was a huge relief. I was nervous about looking at houses with such young kids, ages 5 and 7. The kids did great!  I'm grateful that we found Billi. I don't think we would have found our neighborhood or home without her.  As an added bonus, she's well connected and had great recommendations for who we should use to support us with financing, insurance, inspectors and contractors. Billi is the full package!
